Meet
Courtney Kelly

I was born in Davenport, Iowa (the birthplace of chiropractic!), but was raised in Sarasota, Florida.

I started seeing a chiropractor when I was eleven years old (shoutout to Dr. M!) for sports injuries and continued throughout high school for headaches. I had never thought of it as a career until I got a job at a chiropractic office during my undergrad studies. It was incredible to watch people be able to get back to the activities they loved and feel better, without the use of medications or more serious interventions, all while empowering them to take on their health outside of the office. I also loved the connection with patients and the community. Although I was only the assistant, every individual in the office played a part in patients’ healing and recovery, and it was so rewarding watching people live happier, healthier lives.

I love to help active adults manage and overcome common complaints in the spine and extremities (arms, legs, hands, and feet), including nerve pain, sports injuries, and through life transitions like pregnancy and postpartum. By using a blend of chiropractic care, rehab, and movement strategies, I can help you overcome these complaints and rebuild confidence in your body to get you back to what you love to do. As someone who suffers from headaches and has watched my mother suffer with migraines, I also enjoy working with individuals with these conditions. With headaches and migraines often being multifactorial (having many causes), I address the soft tissue and joints aspects of the pain in-office, but we will also dive deeper to identify other possible triggers, such as posture, hydration, sleep, food sensitivities, and more.

Adaptable, Effective, Empowering

I may be short, but I played basketball in middle school and high school.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll find me playing softball, working out, skiing, hiking, having fun with friends, reading, and cooking.

Move better. Play harder. Live stronger.

Your body is resilient. Pain doesn’t mean you’re broken. Pain is a signal, not a sentence. Avoiding movement often makes recovery slower. Learning how to move through discomfort (not ignoring it, not fearing it) builds strength, confidence, and long-term health.

My favorite weekends in Colorado are filled with morning coffees with my partner Daniel, day trips to the mountains, concerts, pickleball, thrifting, and naps with our cat, Romeo.

New experiences! Food.
