At Comprehensive Chiropractic, we are all about multidimensional care. We offer so much more than just chiropractic adjustments, because we understand that adjustments are one piece of the holistic wellness puzzle. We also offer soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation, all based on scientific research, patient preference, and our clinical experience.
We don’t pressure you to sign extensive treatment plans or buy a ton of supplements, either. At some chiropractic offices, you’ll find a bait-and-switch approach, with a super cheap new-patient exam. But if you actually want to get treated, that’s the catch; you have to commit to a “care plan” that costs thousands of dollars and requires months of visits.
That’s not us. We don’t offer any bulk care plans, because everyone gets their own individualized, custom plan based on what they have going on. And we would never discount that initial exam, because that’s the most important visit you’ll have here. You don’t want a rushed, cheap version of that. That’s where we get all the good stuff that lays out the map for where we go next.
Our intro exams are incredibly thorough. We look through your medical history, run tests, spend a lot of time with you, and then base treatment on our findings. A quality exam leads to quality treatment and results. Likewise, a cheap and quick exam leads to subpar treatment and poor results.
We also value educating and empowering you – not scare tactics. We’ve provided second opinions to people who were told terrifying things about their spines or bodies that were blatantly untrue. Chiropractic Adjustments
Of course, we offer chiropractic adjustments that can help improve many conditions without the use of drugs or invasive techniques, like surgery. Adjustments can help with sciatica, neck pain, low back pain, blood pressure, headaches, chronic fatigue, tendonitis, ear infections, neurological conditions, scoliosis, and more. The list is extensive.
Chiropractic adjustments use manual therapy to apply force to a joint. We can also do low-force techniques, if you prefer a gentler adjustment.
Decompression Therapy
Spinal decompression is a non-invasive and low-force way to remove pressure from the discs in your spine. This can help relieve back and neck pain related to disc degeneration, disc herniation, facet syndrome, spinal stenosis, and radiculopathy. With decompression therapy, you lie face up in your clothes on a motorized decompression table. Treatment lasts 10 to 20 minutes.
Dry Needling
Functional dry needling can release tight muscle bands associated with trigger points or dysfunctional muscles that cause pain. It uses acupuncture-size needles to stimulate a neurological response in the muscle. The needles are thin and solid. You can also pair this with gentle electric current.
Dry needling can help with tendonitis, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, a frozen shoulder, and much more.
Myofascial Release Technique
Myofascial Release Technique is where you apply sustained pressure to connective tissue to reduce pain and improve the range of motion. It can quickly and permanently help with headaches, back pain, shin splints, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, shoulder pain, knee problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, and more.
Pediatric Chiropractic Care
We can treat children, too. Chiropractic care is safe and effective for children of all ages. It can help improve sleep, behavior, and immune system function, among other benefits.
How we work on children is different from how we treat adults. Our adjustments are as soft as touching an eyelid or testing the ripeness of a tomato.
Prenatal Care

Soft Tissue Mobilization
We also use evidence-based, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to help break down scar tissue and fascia (connective tissue) and maintain range of motion. This can treat IT band syndrome, chronic back pain, and more.
We also offer cold laser therapy, which utilizes a low-level laser to encourage the cells to speed up healing time and cell turnover. It is known to help external wounds, but we can use it on internal, soft tissue, as well.
